Allah still equals Allah...no one else

Reader comment on item: Is Allah God? - Continued
in response to reader comment: Allah IS God

It's funny you would feel that I must be "Islamophobic" because I feel that Allah=Allah and no one else. Call me names and my point must be wrong.

But to your point, Allah's name existed in the pre-Islamic Arab world. In ancient Arabic Allah was considered to be the supreme God/deity (as Moon-God) and Arab Pagans worshipped Allah before Islam arrived. Sin, Hubul, Ilumquh, and Al-ilah were all the names given for the moon god. And one other FACT is that they worshipped him at the Kabah.

It's okay Taj that Arabs were once pagans. Now they have seen the light and have Islam.(eye roll)

To make the claim that there is no real evidence of pre-Islamic paganism is such a lie. If it makes anyone who believes in Unitarian Univeralism feel better, let me not stand in the way. We can all pretend that we all believe in the same things and our faiths are speaking EXACTLY of the same god.
