Uncomfortable logic...

Reader comment on item: Is Allah God? - Continued

Submitted by donevan (United States), Dec 19, 2014 at 21:35

I'slam, Arabic imperative statement meaning "You shall (or must) submit" is a political statement, not a 'religious' one. The common interpretation of the submission imperative is to "Al Lah" "The God". Insofar as the submission statement is intentionally left open, sans "Al Lah", one can only assume that it is, in fact, political. This gives rise to the justification of the political construct of "Sharia" legalisms in order to establish and maintain political order.

Given the obvious conflict and hostility this represents to the preservation and protection of the US Constitution, one can only conclude that I'slam is an enemy of the United States. Those who willingly, and that number is unknown, since compliance is imperative on pain of harm or death, are, in fact, agents of I'slam, and consequently enemies of the United States and should be treated as such.

Daniel Pipes replies:

Islam is a noun, not a verbal imperative. To say that all Muslims are enemies of the United States is obviously wrong. You could say, however, that all Islamists are enemies and you would be right.
