For Avenger alcohol and Allah: of "drunkards", poor theology and Yuhana mashi aka "Johnny Walker"!

My dear Avenger this is a subject that is very close to my heart: Allah and alcohol and poor theology.

Allah tells Muslims in the the Qur'an that is that it is OK to drink al-khamra (the fermented which is alcohol or to be more specific al-nabidh or wine. I guess he never heard of scotch or gin or rum etc...) but Allah also tells Muslims not to drink al-khamra! It is either OK to drink alcohol or not to drink alcohol. I call this poor theology.

So how did the 3Ulama explain such poor and confused theology?

Ah the Allah changing his mind doctrine of al-nasikh wa al-mansukh (abrogation) comes to the rescue. So much for the unchanging Qur'an and for Allah that keeps changing his mind.

Well, the founder of Pakistan whatever his name was was described as: "a bon vivant that enjoyed his Yuhana mashi."

This begs the following questions:

1. You are a google man so does pakistan keep statsitcs of the number of "drunkards" involved in car accidents? Let me guess Pakistan keeps no such statistics and not because they do not have "drunkards" but because there is no care for human life in pakistan!

2. Does Pakistan keep statistics of how many Pakistanis die on their poor high ways from non "drunkards"? And let me guess: a lot die on Pakistan's poor high ways.

3. As for "yuhana mashi" he is the favorite scotch of the Saudis and I suspect Pakistanis too and do you know what it is? It is "Johnny Walker" (Yuhana is Johnny and mashi is Walker) oh yeah the red and the black label! The good stuff.

So much for Muslims that are nothing but munafiqeen (you look this one up)!

Now I also have some more questions for you

1. Why do most people drink in moderation? And why do some people abuse alcohol? and what is the relationship between alcoholism (drunkard as you call it) and depression? I guess your Allah was a poor psychiatrist as he seems to have no clue about the concept of self medicating and depression! He is also the same God that condemns suicide after all he was no psychiatrist as I established!

2. Is smoking allowed in Islam? I guess your Allah had no clue that such substance will ever exist!

3. Are medications for pain that contain let us say opiates allowed by your Allah? And would you not take opiates as medications if you are suffering from severe pain? And what is the difference between such mind altering medications and alcohol and let us say driving a car while under the influence? Let me help you there is no difference.

4. Is anesthesia OK? Well anesthesia is a mind altering thing. And do you plan to get your appendix removed without anesthesia? After all your allah does not like mind altering things!

5. Is smoking pot (hashish) OK? Obviously it is as your Allah only forbade drinking al-khamra! But it seems that your Allah had no clue that such substance will exist.

6. How many people die on Pakistani highways that let us smoke pot and drive a car while impaired? Let me guess: a lot.

7. And what is the difference between a mind altering medication and alcohol?

8. And why do Pakistanis move by the truck load to the land of the infidels and the "drunkards" and the mayhem on high ways because of "dunkards"? Why is that our dear Avenger?
