Shock, Awe and Leave

I tend to agree with some of the Islamofascists on this forum that we should not be staying in Iraq and Afghanistan and should leave. Our mission is to go and seek those who are perceived as a threat to our civilization and once that threat is neutrualized then we should leave. Why are we wasting precious American and European lives and resources on these retrogrades for whom democracy is a concept which is anathema to the cult of Islam. I wish we would rather spend all that money on uplifting our own people here who deserve it more than those ingrates. For fourteen centuries Democracy and islam have never reconciled or been compatible so what brainwave makes us think that it will now work?

Bottom line is: Why are we killing ourselves to civilize these people knowing that it can never happen, it is possible you might even see a donkey speaking English before that.
