please give examples other than the easily refuted example of aboriginal affairs departments. I am sure our Equal Opportunities Board and Dept of Multiculti Affairs would love to hear from you.

What garbage. Yes - most state governments have departments that look after Indigenous people in Australia -and the federal government hands out billions of dollars for aboriginal housing and schooling and health amongst other things.

The claim that '...they are not officially recognized as real people."' is ridicluous. What Mr. Perry has failed to understand is that many of them simply choose to live traditional lifestyles in outback areas. But equally, many live in urban areas and are just everyday Australians living and working in the suburbs.
