Stephen Stephen...

If what you are saying is true then we might as well pack up this think tank and go home. Indeed I shared your delusion of the emergence of a United States of Europe when the E.U. first emerged. How does the demographic reality of a greying aye indeed dying out european population fit into this prospective Islamic purge that you say will happen? Who will do the purging Grandma's and Grandpa's? And what will be left when the purge is complete a nation of geriatrics?

Even Pope Benedict recognises what is happening tangentally when he says that Europe like many empires in decline is relying on the strength and vigor of those who would callously overwrite its values and culture. Children instead of a promise for the future are seen as an inconvenience for the present. I myself when the discussion emerges at university am confronted with boundless negatory reactions from the brightest young men and women when the subject of reproduction emerges.

One young lady, although she views multiculturalism with contempt, was not prepared to breed to preserve the homogeneity that she so loves preferring immigration. Every second or third muslim woman I see on the same campus is pregnant. The writing's on the wall. Demographics is everything and our young people and women are letting us down.

The other thing you raise is this perception of European military superiority. The Byzantines had better technology but it did not save them. Brutality, greater numbers and gutter rat cunning allowed the Turks to pile the severed heads of the Byzantine Christian males high before dragging their women and children off into sexual and domestic slavery. Later irony upon irony a European force that was inferior technologically to the Turks drove them away from the gates of Vienna in 1683.

Yeah, sure europe has a slight edge on the Islamic world technologically but this is more than made up for by: a) their political stupidity and lack of insight into the true nature of this fifth column population of invaders (cultural marxists run the show and the new leader of France is a female socialist not a male fascist) and b) their lack of any willingness to use this supposed military superiority. The fact that muslims are willing to play dirty and that the media will always forgive them for this (see Orianna Fallacci on this point) all but neuters the ability of europe to use superior firepower against the invaders. A couple of pictures of dead children and the bleeding hearts would bring a normal military action to a standstill let alone some form of deliberate expulsion or genocide.

The only thing that could save europe is American intervention - this stopped fascism, communism and now will have to stop Islamism as it overruns the land of the lotus eaters. You seem to have ruled this out as a possibility. I for one hope that when the excrement really hits the fan America's power will not have declined to such an extent that the sleeping giant cannot help native Europeans recover their homeland.
