Reader comment on item: Britain's Encounter with Islamic Law
in response to reader comment: Let the British suffer, they asked for it.

I am absolutely sure that the majority of the British population would vote for this nonsense to end but do you really think that our PC correct Government would allow us indigenous people to have our say? Not a hope in hell. Everything is done to play down the situation regarding the growth of Islam in this country. I have been in areas of Britain where I know I am the minority and frankly, this is my country and I do not take to being dictated by other cultures. I do not dictate to them so why do I have to put up with laws being changed, tax rules being changed and other instances that meet the pandering of the muslim nation. If I went to their country there is not a chance, that my culture could be practiced and to be honest, I have always respected the laws and culture of other countries whilst visiting them and that in my book is called respect.

There is a fifth column in the UK and it is about time that the Government digs its head out of the PC sand and realise this is the case. Yes, there are many law abiding Muslim UK citizens but they are also very silent citizens and for me, this is not correct. They should be weeding out the extremists as this would demonstrate that not all Muslims are extreme and those that use the Quran to practice death, destruction and domination are violating that very same Quran.

I did not vote for mass imigration, I did not vote for the tax allowances given to polygamous couples, I did not vote that there should be certain or any parts of sharia law to be practiced in the UK.
