A sincere question to you

Hello Mr.Pipes,

I have been following your writings very closely for past several years. In one of your previous interviews , you pointed out that one of the dangers facing Israel is demographics. Please explain me how could that be an existensial issue for a powerful state like israel as some days back one of my Israeli friends told me that only 20% of Israel's population consists of Muslims. So Please explain to me how it is possible that demographics is an existensial threat to Israel since it's birth 60 years ago Israel has been importing Jews and expelling Muslims. So at least demographics should not be one of the existensial threats to Israel.

If you think demographics is an existensial threat to Israel even despite the above information I have given to you Please explain to me. I admire your analytical capabilities. I will be eagerly waiting for your answer on this issue.
