Where do I get my history?

Like many people you could just google these things as a starting point.

As an alternative you could try these:-

For the anti semitic terms of surrender and the enslavement of jewish refugees see if you can make it through ‘Rivers of Gold' by Hugh Thomas.

Both the Almoravides and the almohads engaged in severe persecution including forced conversions and expulsions and of course had economies largely based on slavery (very pious in an enlightened sort of way I'm sure you will agree)anyway you know the dynasties, you can find histories of your choosing on amazon. Alternatively you could look for biographies of Maimondes or histories of the taifa.

The granada massacre may have been the largest spanish muslim massacre of jews (4000 in one day) but it was by no means an isolated event, you can find reference to it in the writings of Lewis or Cohn-Sherbok.

For reference to the enforcement of Dhimmi status and religious intolerance, executions for blasphemy and proselytizing you can read between the lines of Armstrong's insipid apology of various poor Muslim leaders being ‘forced' to execute unarmed ‘fanatic' Christians.

(I'm sorry I simply dont have the time to be more specific.)

You should also remember that al andalus came to be because the islamic empire had sought to conquer and suppress all other peoples because God said they could and should, and the only reason it was the islamic fronteir was the knights of poitiers. Before you start comparing this to other imperial endeavors remember that these are the only imperialists you are trying to portray as tolerant ecumenical Iberian tree huggers.

I would be most entertained to know which ‘cult' it is you think I am ‘mongering'?

I can guess where you got your history, but although it clearly doesnt sit well with your flippant employment of derogatory terms, I have to ask where on earth did you get your theology?
