Many do not know this. But you can start your research at www.savethetruearabs.com The aboriginal Arabs of the prophet Muhammad's day (God bless him), before him and for some time after him were a black people. The prophet was described as Asmar, which is a brown that black people are. Any hadeeth that says he is white is either commenting on his character or commenting on him being the color of brown wheat. Look online for pictures of durum and spelt, which are both pretty ancient varieties of wheat and you will get an idea of what the Arab meant when they said white. They either meant wheat brown or they were commenting on the character of a person. The Arabs were black. And there are still many aboriginal black Arabs. Aboriginal/pure Arabs can only be black.
