STS didn't get top marks in Set theory

in response to reader comment: US Constitution Vs Shari'a

STS writes : "The whole constitution is a mere corner of the Shari'a. So Shari'a is better than the American constitution."

OK, step back and take a look at the logic here - because it's a good example fo the non-sequiturs that this sTS guy keeps throwing up.

Now suppose there are 200 statements in the US constituiton for argument's sake. And suppose there were 200 statements in the statutes of Nazi Germany's constitution (if it had one) in 1939 ,for example.

Let's say that 30 of the statements in the US constitution were nearly identical to 30 of the statements of the Nazi constitution . Therefore, 170 statement's in the Nazi Constitution were not in the US constitution. (sTs - you can do subtraction can't you?)

So a great many more statutes/rules etc were in the Nazi constitution. Therefore - according to sTs's logic - the Nazi Constitution is better than the US constitution.

Is this what happens to your mind eventually from reading the Koran day after day , looking for loopholes?
