First, this idea that Islam is passed down through the father is false - as our Zeus on the mountain knows it, our great writer of undefended articles- You are born into Islam but are not bound until you take Shadaha, (the Testimony of Faith) and as far as I know Barak never reached the age that would allow him to do that while in Indonesia.

As most Christians of the Baptist faith know you may be born a Baptist but in most Northern Baptist church's you have to be 13 or thereabouts, whatever the age of consent is considered, in order to formally become a Baptist, I believe Catholics have something similar. So a Muslim, no I don't think so - an apostate definitely not as he never accepted the faith and no one has ever come forth to say that he has. I attended Mosque as a small child that does not make me a Muslim - I can say many Sura's with a great accent that does not make me a Muslim - these arguments raised are specious and not meant to prove anything they are only meant to impugn and that is what is wrong with out politics - dirt mongering - I frankly don't care who wins the election - but I have grown sick of the intellectual dishonesty that goes around as academic work.

As to racist speeches I have lived in the South for a long time so I have heard a lot of racist speeches- but that doesn't mean I pay any more attention to them than I do the rantings of some of the people on this site whether Christian or Muslim - Do you absorb what they say.

Intellectually honest discussions is all I ask from people - Perhaps it is too much on the hate sites - but you would think that perhaps here it could be possible.
