Why always such a choice?

It is a dreadful reflection on Islamic nations that the only options are a corrupt thieving cabal (a la Palestinian Authority, see Suha Arafat's and Abbas' wealth reports) or a corrupt military cabal vs. the Islamist Muslim Brotherhood. We must seriously examine why this is continually and perpetually the case that Muslim peoples are unable to introduce any sort of democratic party that can provide a modicum of services and policing without robbing its people blind and/or trying to extremize them at the same time.
