My dear Soahil (RYA) you wrote: "There are hundereds of more contradictions like this in the Bible."

Maybe but how do you know that ? maybe you are reading "corrupted" verses? After all your Allah tells you that the Christians have corrupted their Bible, But again this is far beyond you: why do you quote a "corrupted" book? The Qur'an also has many contradictions. The big difference is Muslims tell us that the Qur'an is the word of their Allah. So what was the way out of these contradicitons? It was the doctrine of al-nasikh wa al-mansukh. Or Allah changing his mind.

Take the case of the no compulsion in religion and "iqtoloo al-mushrikeen" or Ayat al-saif or 9:5. Ayat al-saif abrogated the "no compulsion." So much for the no contradictions in the Qur'an.

Mahmud of Ghazni the genocidal maniac that brutalized your ancestors was quoted ayat al-saif to justify his genocide against the Hindus: "it says in the book of Allah: kill the polytheists (the Hindus), therefore kill the polytheists." Shame.

SO much for the no contradictions in the Qur'an.
