Exactly. So what logic can single out the UK in particular for such criticism, if:

"No, it's not demonstrably more anti-Semitic; but unfortunately also not less; and this is the important point."

This statement basically proves the point untenable so how the absence of any discernable 'point' can be considered 'important' defies logic and basic reasoning!

An an Englander, my personal belief and respect for the idea of Israel has only grown stronger with each passing crisis. I must confess that such open displays of blatant paranoia are starting to make me re-assess my position in a way that no amount of Islamic propaganda ever could. I find it hard to believe that such opinions are genuinely held. It seems much more likely that such ignorance can only be the work of Islamic agents. Isn't it? Staggering behaviour.

"If anyone, ever, could have accused the European Jews for anything reminding the current Muslim threat, how many people would have condemned the Holocaust? The whole world would have called it a justified act of self-defense!"

That is one of the most deluded points that I have ever heard. The European Jews have been 'accused' of far worse. Does this therefore mean that you sympathise with Nazi Germany? I 'd like to believe that most of the world would believe that no group of people in history would be deserving of such horror. Given that the Germans were brainwashed into considering Jewry an even greater menace, than many of us presently do Islam, you are effectively saying that there are some circumstances under which such horror can be considered as justified. Ludicrous.

But maybe it's a language issue? I certainly hope so as the alternative doesn't bear thinking about!
