"Please tell me, do you think I'm getting it now?"

Clearly not. The excerpt that you copied and pasted relates to the White Paper of 1922 that pertains to Britain's commitment to the concept of an Israeli state rather than the land that was given to Jordan. If you'd read, or understood it contents, it is unlikely that you made yet another faux pas in the interminable series of them that you have produced. 'Faux Pas', as you obviously know, literally translates as 'false, or wrong, step'. The number of 'wrong steps' that you have contributed could be described as staggering. Like a drunk on an icy pavement. It's clearly a literacy issue on your part or laziness as you've obviously not read or understood the contents of either of the TWO links provided.

Surely even you can understand that your repeated failure to read & understand quite basic information is no comment on the provenence of the many authors whom you have cited (yet failed to directly quote) but certainly makes your ability to understand, and relate to the rest of us, the material that they have authored very doubtful.

"As to my remarks regarding Winston Churchill, I stated that I considered him as one of the greatest statesmen who ever lived, and I still do. I did not say he was my hero."

Regarding somebody as being one of the greatest people who ever lived meets my definition of hero but here again we appear to have language issues. The online dictionary Bartleby.com defines a 'hero' as

"3. A person noted for special achievement in a particular field"

Given that this accords pretty neatly with your description of the man I am not sure what your problem is....

"Although we are friends, he would punch me in the nose if I referred to his native land as British or Britain rather than Scotland."

And rightly so. Only a moron would dream of referring to Scotland as being Britain. Only another moron would regard the terms 'English' and 'British' as being synonyms. However, Scotland is recognised by the rest of the planet as being an integral part of Britain (not England). Show me a Scot with a genuine Scottish passport....

"Now here is a little history that will give us a glimpse to the origin of Allah the deity of the Muslims."

I'm sorry to see that you are... copying text ... I refer specifically to the commentary taken from www.biblebelievers.org.au/moongod.htm which you carefully 'blended in' to your 'God is...' comment dated Aug 21, 2006 at 19:42 making absolutely no reference to your source. Very sad. However, it only adds to the mystery as to why you've been unable to find anything on the Internet to back up your arguments, or refute mine, in this particular thread given your proven adeptness in doing so when the thorny subject of religion is at stake.
