>I was born and raised in britain and i am a british muslim, note which comes first. having read this article >even i am amazed at the figures shown in the article. But put into context it still remains the minority of >'muslims' who condone the acts of terrorism that have happened.

You miss the point when you say 10-20% sympathisers is only a minority. In numbers this works out to few hundreds of thousands. Remember, even at the height of IRA violence, there were perhaps 200-300 IRA in Britain and Ireland. So, compared to IRA, Muslim terrorism is a much bigger problem. 20% feel sympathy for the "feelings and motives" of the attackers.; this is bad news. This translates into tens of thousands of active jihadis potentially as things stand.

>when 9/11 happened i cried for the loss of life, when 7/7 happened again i cried for the loss of life, so to >say that all muslims are heartless and cruel terrorists is wrong because we are not all like that and those >who are don't deserve to be called muslims.

It is easy to say in front of non-Muslims to say the teroorists don't derve to be called Muslims. On the other hand, have you had the moral and physical courage to confront the radical preachers in their mosques. Have you heckled any of them?

Not just you, how many "moderate" Muslims have confronted radical muslms in Mosques, meetings, society, public rallies and so forth. Have you started a movement among Muslims to declare terrorists and their sympathisers are non-Muslims? The world notes what you do and what you don't do. Mere words are cheap.
