Masnur Marzuki you said the following:

"Despite of validity of this report, I just want to comment on other myth about Islam among Moslems (Hardliner Groups) and Westerners. According to Islam, especially regarding the principal of Jihad (war againts the evil not western) If we fight in war, our prophet has given us guidelines. Essentially, there are three principal things should be considered;

1. Never use violence even to trees and animals.

2. Treat your enemy gently and fairly.

3. Protect women, children and innocent people."

Yes Islam is not that bad of a religion to me. It is what they believe in that makes it dangerous like for example that they think they are God chosen people and all others should convert to Islam or die. But they are not God chosen people and never have been. I can prove this to from the following verses in the Bible:

Get out of your country, from your kindred and from your father's house, to a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed. (Genesis 12:1-3)

" Then God said to Abraham, "As for Sarai your wife, you shall not call her name Sarai, but Sarah [princess, margin] shall be her name. "And I will bless her and also give you a son by her; then I will bless her and she shall be a mother of nations; kings of people shall be from her." Then Abraham fell on his face and laughed, and said is his heart, "Shall a child be born to a man who is one hundred years old? And shall Sarah, who is ninety years old, bear a child? And Abraham said to God, "Oh, that Ishmael might live before You!"

" Then God said, "No, Sarah your wife shall bear you a son, and you shall call his name Isaac; I will establish My covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his descendants after him. "And as for Ishmael, I have heard you. Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly. He shall beget twelve princes, and I will make him a great nation." " (Gen. 17:15-20, NKJV throughout).

God says in the above verses that Ishmael who is the father of arabs will be blessed by God and made into a great nation but Issac who is the father of Jews and Christains will also be blessed by God and would establish his convenant with Issac as an everlasting convenant. So Has you can see that we Christains and Jews are God chosen people.

What you got to say to this my dear friend?

Alex
