Divisions are healthy...Largest mosque in N. America to be built in Calgary

The Muslim community in Calgary wants to build the largest mosque in North America (48,000 square feet). It will be built by the Ahmadiyya Muslim sect. I've read some of what the Ahmadiyya Muslims believe -- not bad. They say they love Canada. They're peaceful and law-abiding -- hey, this group sounds so refreshingly rational! So, I wonder is this is good? or could they too be co-opted by more radical parties? At least the Ahmadiyya sect sounds superior to anything the Sunni terrorists of the al-Qaeda variety offer, or the terroristic Shiite Hezbollah/Iranian sect variety...
