Sword of Islam & The Babies of Beslan you said the following:

However, given that 600 years passed before this 'Paraclete' possessed Mohammad according to this theory (why the long wait?)

The reason because of the 600 year wait is because the word of Jesus was being corrupt. Paul church adopted roman pagan traditions and mixed them with Jesus words.

Sword of Islam & The Babies of Beslan you said the following:

However, most of us can agree that the Islam emerged as a world force around 666 years after the birth of Christ

Nope Islam emerged as a dominated world force in 656 because they have control of most of the Middle East including West Persia and Egypt and eight years later in 664 they have control of Kabul. So your wrong they.

Sword of Islam & The Babies of Beslan you said the following:

The Koran, however, does purport to contain the direct Word of God as revealed to Mohammad. The validity of this 'Word' can be easily disproved given the number of errors contained therein.

Can you show us these errors in the Holy Quran please.

Sword of Islam & The Babies of Beslan I will reply to you again.

Sohail
