Reader comment on item: Trouble in Londonistan

Submitted by John Massam (Australia), Mar 21, 2008 at 09:31

Besides the violence and the more than 30 invocations to violence in the Koran, the ordes that other peoples are to be defeated and then, after much slaughter, the rest are to be humbled and pay the jizya tax, might have given the Establishment in Britain some cause for concern.

But remember how they went on in the face of the Mussolini and Hitler threats? They pretended Britain could not afford to re-arm herself. In fact, when France and Britain woke up and said No to grabbing yet another country -- Poland -- the Establishment in Britain was still befuddled by the money shortage.

When bombs started destroying their INVESTMENTS in rental apartments and factories, it still took them about a year to start spending money -- which, like all money of the rich, was obtained off the backs of the workers. But I do admit that some of the Establishment did go off to war, unlike the United States Congress which lets the poor and disadvantaged go off on the illegal war and occupation of Iraq.

Wake up, Britons!
