in response to reader comment: Let me read some of your books Mr. Sword

So let us get this straight... You believe that;

a) When confronted by irrefutable facts that undermine your opinion you consider that listing the names of a series of authors to be sufficient as a rebuttal to any point with which you disagree.

b)The fact that you are able to list such authors is sufficient, in and of itself, to demonstrate that you have completely digested, understood, and regard as infallible, the opinions that the said authors cite on any given subject. The security of such knowledge means that you do not need to 'back up' anything that you say with cold facts as the citation of such a list, ipso facto, makes you, by association, infallible and above such trivialities as the 'burden of proof'. (I wish that the university that I attended shared this view as I could have acquired several degrees if your philosophy were shared by the rest of the planet). Presumably you believe that it is necessary to have read these books or is possession alone sufficient for this phenomenon - clarification of this point would be appreciated.)

c) The fact that you have not been able to provide any verifiable information whatsoever to substantiate your claims, despite owning such a comprehensive library books, is not laughable. Nor is it more akin to a Islamic debating technique than that of the 'Western School'.

d) You have read these books and therefore are right on all opinions that you hold on any subject that the said authors have covered, that the information provided by the Israelis & US government on the subject [quoted in previous postings] is false and that anybody who has not authored a book is not worth listening to. [This point also requires clarification. Does this mean that you too have authored a book? Did anyone buy it? Or are you exempt from this particular clause? If the latter, please explain how. Are you a 'prophet' of some kind?]

In summary, I have provided information from multiple sources, including the British government, the Israeli government, the US government and the Palestinians. You have cited urban myth & quoted [twice!]a list of authors whom you claim to have read yet have failed to even directly quote even one of them with anything to support your claim....

There is a chinese proverb that I shall take the liberty to misquote:

'Do not try to teach a pig to sing for it will only waste your time and confuse the pig'.

Says it all.
