Hindu religions are not final

Reader comment on item: Trouble in Londonistan
in response to reader comment: G.Bisvas, what about cruelty in the name of religion?

1) Islam claims to be the final religion. Consequently islam has to be judged differently, much more harshly.

2) You show the typical muslim habit of countering criticism of islam by pointing out to mistakes and crimes in other religions. That does not make islam better nor does it make islam's crimes and mistakes vanish.

3) Hindu religions are not made by one person or one god or one group and hence they are very variegated. No hindu can hence take responsibilty for what is done by another hindu in the name of hindu religions (note the plural). The situation with islam is different. Islam claims it is the one unique final logical perfect revelation of the one and only god. With such a boastful claim you can't go about comparing islam with hindu religions and lower your own supposedly highest status. "Hindu" is a geographical-multi-ethnic term and not a religious one. "Muslim" is a religious ideological term. Understand this crucial difference.

4) The treatment that islam gives to ex-muslims proves that islam is a fascist totalitarian ideology. This fact does not vanish if some hindu couple kills a small boy (a terrible deed) for pleasing "goddess Kali". When will you learn to argue as a mature adult responsible self-critical person? It is a sign of lack of maturity if you keep pointing out to the defects in hindu religions and praxis in order to divert attention from islam's evils.

5) Many hindu religions, sects and their practices are outright bad. There is no need to mix that up emotionally with islamic evils. Many hindu religions and sects are actually declining - but islam is increasing in number and power - that is far more worrisome. No big human populations in the world are endangered by some hindu couple killing (a heinous deed) a boy for Kali. But islam is threatening millions with fascism, terror, encroachment, aggression and infiltration.

You wrote: "islam is liberating. it gives you the confidence to trust yourself to know the truth when you see ." But when I read your posts I come to the conclusion that this is exactly what islam is not doing and cannot do. Islam means submission (mental slavery) - not freedom and dignity and logical thinking. Your language reveals you as the product of a typical muslim mohalla-and-masjid-and -madarassa indoctrination. Don't be like a frog in a well. (you know the story of the "frog in a well" - the kupamanduka tale from hindu India?)

Regarding your question about god and revelation. Person A creates a god and person B gets a revelation from this god. Your question came because you thought persons A and B are one and same. It does not work like that. Some ancient beduins created allah and a beduin named Mohammad got a "revelation" from this allah. This allah is asserted to be also the jewish and christian god. This proves my thesis that A creates a god and B gets a "revelation" from him. The word "revelation" itself is a very complex psychological affair. Dealing with that will not be easy. I am still doing my research into that.

I am an independent fearless unorthodox path-breaking thinker - not a muslim (=mental slave).
