first of all in arabic we does not just mean we, it is out of respect for one person because it is God talking he says we. I you have a asian friend ask him or her it is hard to explain it like this.

second you must not believe in God because I am pretty sure that Bible and torah say that God created everything which means he also created jinn

third God is actually talking he is saying to everyone to "say I seek refuge in the Lord of Daybreak. From the mischief of created things. From the mischief of the Dardness as it overspreads; From the mischief of tho0se who blow on knots; and for the mischief of the envious one as he practises envy."

Hope that helps it is really hard to understand Quran if you don't speak arbic.
