To Infidel

Wow, the "scientific miracle of the Qur'an" leaves me speechless, but please give me a reference to where this tidbit of scientific wonder can be found.

Another "scientific miracle of the Qur'an," (although there are lots of others), is the Qur'anic 'revelation' of where the sun sets, Surah 18:83-91 saying it sets in a spring of muddy water!! with Muhammad making a similar claim, recorded in a hadith by Abu Dharr,

  • "Abu Dharr (one of Muhammad's close companions) was with Muhammad during the sunset. Muhammad asked him: ‘Do you know, O Abu Dharr where this sun sets?' He answered; ‘Allah and His apostle know better.' Muhammad said: ‘It sets in a spring of slimy water'" – al-Zamakhshari, The Kahshaf (3rd Edition, Vol. 2, p. 743, 1987) See "Behind The Veil-Unmasking Islam" by Abd El Schafi, pages 171-173

With kind regards and best wishes
