For the readers could anyone explain to me what Nura is really saying in the next sentence?

I'm really trying to understand what our dear Nura is saying here but I have no clue. You need to stick to Urdu darling

Really? How about the pagans of Mecca? Hint: Q9:5 which means covert or be killed! How come you did not know that? Could it be because you are ignorant? Or could it be because that you really know but you are a liar? So which one is it?
