Dear devashayam,

as you said that ismail was a wicked person who use to quarrel with his brothers,it was not so. first you must know history, what iam saying is according to bible, when ismail (pbuh) was born abraham(pbuh) was 86 years old and when isaac (pbuh) was abraham was 99years old.

ishmael was born to hagar who was a slave of sarah. and abraham left hagar in a desert with ismail.and ismail grew up and prospered in makkah while his brother isaac grew up in palestine. abraham married keutrah only when sarah died. when sarah died abraham was 135 years old,and at the age of 135 years abraham married keutrah who bore him 6 children and at that time ismail was 86 years old and isaac was 73years old.

how could you expect an 86 year old man to quarrel with his half brothers who were 86y ears younger than him.and when abraham died ismail was 137years old.and both isaac and ismail came to gather for his funeral. so nowhere in my knowledge did ismail behaved like an arrogant man or a foolish person.so you must know history before giving comments on anything.
