in response to reader comment: Pakistani delusion

i used to feel sorry for pakistan, because the few pakistanis i knew were all sensible and calm and westernized, but as i met more of them, read and heard more , and a lot from the friends being honest about their ancestral homeland, the more i just feel that they are as a group beyond hope. individually they can achieve, but as a country they are a flop. old jinnah just HAD to have a muslim country even though gandhi and nehru were willing to give muslims the store to keep them . in the long run it may be a blessing from God that they are not burdened with this bunch of failures. india is one of the future superpowers and inspite of its difficulties it does have a national identity and energy and a sense of democracy and tollerance that the pakistanis reject and loathe. this loathing for india has kept them down, and a useful tool of china. the pakistanis are china's bullet stoppers, to keep india busy. the pakistanis are so delusional to think they can ever beat india . and then they would do what? convert them to islam or repeat the horrible massacres of the middle ages? i think it is pathetic how the pakistanis, who cant even defeat the rebels on the edge of islamabad, threaten israel and the us as well. come one guys, get a grip. you claim victories and potency you just don't have. be a good little failed nation and be humble already. and less hostile. play nice .
