It is here in this subliminally humble note we read of something that is lost in the trading of animosity in some of the other posts: "Can we for a moment fathom the prosperity and progress that we can bring to the world if peace reign for one complete generation?"

It begs the recurring question, why do so many people hate the Jewish people?

One answer was promoted by this reader in an earlier post, reading thus:

"Israel is at the center of world controversy and general antipathy of most other nations for one central reason (in spite of the myriad reasons many could list), that she is the special people of the LORD Almighty God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, from whom was sent the Anointed One of Israel. At the center of Israel is Jerusalem, labeled Zion in the Hebrew Holy Scriptures."

This world is at odds with itself in general antipathy because it is operating under the general condition of the less than spiritual nature of humanity. In this lies the despair of the soul.

The Hebrew Holy Scriptures, both the Tanach and the Brit Hadassah, describe the general failing of humankind because of sin, which condition the Almighty God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob sought to remedy by sending the Anointed One of Israel, Yeshua HaMashiach, Jesus Christ to be the propitiation for that sin, that all who believe in and accept Him as their Savior would have everlasting life, and internal peace.

The world that does not believe in this (under the influence of the prince of the power of the air-the Adversary) categorically rejects this, therefore there is no place in the hearts of unbelief for true peace. So, in deference to these things, we read the antipathies posted here.

There is to be peace in the world in the future, even the not too distant future. But it is approaching the time where the enmities of the world must be dealt with first, thus the expectant return of the Anointed One of Israel. The world must pass through the pronouncements of the Hebrew Holy Scriptures as required by the WORD of the LORD, which can be seen as a time that is approaching fast.

In the meantime, peace for the individual believer is readily accessible now, by believing in the Lord Jesus Christ. Seek His peace through believing in Him by faith now: then there will be peace of mind for the individual when all the rest of the world struggles for the peace it cannot have for unbelief.
