Contrasting power of real God

The real God of course, goes out of his way to reach humans.

A Chennai-born Hindu emigrated (with parents) to Canada at age 8, and was naturalised to Canada at age 18. Between the ages of 18 and 30, he actually became a hardened Hindu (with only sporadic visits to India). God put the following Christians in his path:

  • a white colleague at a Calgary bakery where the Hindu worked
  • a Mumbai-born Protestant, "classmate" (not exactly in same major) in graduate school, who invited him to attend church during summer
  • Chennai-born Protestant, whom the Hindu had not known in India, but who had a common acquaintance (a certain doctor), who invited him to a Billy Graham crusade while both worked in the US (the Protestant on a H1-b, Hindu on a TN-1)
The fact that God had gone this far (to find one of his children from same city, common acquaintance, and even speaking same native language with exactly the same slurs) was enough to cause the Hindu to leave that idolatry and turn to Jesus.

Contrast to muslims' "allah" who cannot even overpower one of his follower spirits, that of "Bengaliness"!
