in response to reader comment: The tongue of the Quran is Arabic

Let us digress for a moment to examine that the Prophet of Islam did write certain things against the children of Israel. If one did not want to believe in the Hebrew Holy Scriptures and wanted to divert attention from them to something else, this is exactly what the Islamic Prophet determined to do. The reason he was able to do it in that time was because the faith necessary to uphold the Holy Bible in its truth was not found in the major circles of the society then, either in the unbelieving Jewish society or the faithless mainstream Christian congregations, which were diluted and deluded into thinking they were a replacement for the Hebrew nation. It was wrong thinking all around.

The only thing that kept the truth of the Hebrew Holy Scriptures alive was in the very few who kept the faith, and in the preservation of that truth, the Holy Spirit remains in the Word of Almighty God, something that the Quran can never erase.

Of course, the Quran is in Arabic and not readily translatable into English, or any other non –semitic language for that matter. Now, if one is to understand that precept correctly and apply it according to those who have declared to it their allegiance, then only natively Arabic speaking people it would seem are able to claim its tenets. One would have to expect that those who speak Farsi, or Indonesian or Malay or (?) are in for a great shock, since if Arabic is the only way to understand the Quran, then these others who do not understand the precept in Arabic cannot possibly be true in the belief.

Hence, the Hebrew Holy Scriptures, though originally a document for the Jewish believer in their native languages (Aramaic was not the only one, for pure Hebrew was the language of the Temple, Latin the language of the Roman invaders, and Greek the English language of the day - John 19:16-22), that when HaMashiach was rejected, the Holy Word found itself being translated to various languages and dialects, as it is today, that for all who would seek the truth of Yeshua HaMashiach, Jesus Christ, they may do so in their own familiar language, even Arabic.

In terms of which writings are to govern the destiny of the Israeli nation, understand once more that the Quran cannot predict what it cannot control. The entire history of the Hebrew Nation is contained in the Hebrew Holy Scriptures and history is demonstrated in the fulfillments about the Jewish people. So too is their future determined by the written Word of Almighty God in the Holy Bible. Only the Hebrew Holy Scriptures can be trusted for that, and nothing else written by mankind can contradict the true Word of The LORD.
