Unfortunately, most, if not all, bureaucrats in Washington (past and present) have been educated in a sterile environment. This works great if you are dealing with like-minded individuals (you know – like Americans). But if you are dealing with the losers of the planet (islamicists) who present more than one face to the world (Pakistan, iran, turkey), they will eat your lunch because they were 'raised on the street.' The American virgins blindly believe everyone wants the same utopia. Well, islamicistophants want utopia too, but their utopia does not include Americans, USA, most of the western democracies, etc. See how that works? Washington should enroll all bureaucrats in a 'Street Smart' school. Yes, it will be cynical. But how else are you going to defeat the islamotyrants?

Bring back John Bolton even – oh, right, he's too icky for the virgins.
