I wonder if Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, relaxing in his hospital bed and possibly relefecting on how badly he has transgressed the Hippocratic Oath - will have enough clarity of mind now to self-diagnose his condition.

i.e. a clear case of background MPD* culminating in episodic SJS**.
