Times change but I wouldn't be so sure the Turks do.

What do you mean by "extremely ... open-minded" referring to Turks? Have you ever tried to ask your Turkish "friends" some open-minded questions like "Why did you exterminate the Armenians, the Greeks, the Assyrians and impudently deny your crimes jailing any critics for 3/4 years or killing him?" or "Why do you worship a war criminal,a liar and a notorious alcoholic as your country's new god ?"...

As long as you have meaningless PC conversations with them they will do their best to keep up appearances. But when they realize you see through their lies and dissimulations they will show their true colours. If you knew how many times Turks threatened me and promised to slaughter me! ...

Anyway, test some of the hard questions on your Turks and let me know the results!
