Our dear Syed and what is really democracy and democracy in the land of his Hindu ancestors

Reader comment on item: A Democratic Islam?
in response to reader comment: Are Democracy and Secularism really inseparable?

Submitted by dhimmi no more (United States), Apr 27, 2008 at 14:56

Our dear Sayyid wrote this little gem from the safety and security of a Judeo-Christian country, Canada that is

>Why do Democracy (election of leaders by public)

No this is not what is really democracy Democracy means and this is Political Science 101 (see Butler ans see Websters):

1. Government excercised either directly by the people or through elected representatives

2. The populace is the primary source of political power

3. Rule of the majority

4. The principles of social equality and respect for the individual within a community

And in item 4 it means that Canada cannot have a law where you as a Muslim have to be a jizya tax like because you are muslims and it also means that you can even be the prime minster of canada something that no non-Muslim can atain in Pakiland.

In the land of your ancestors where they have real democracy and it is not even the West the president of India used to be a Muslim. So your little thesis so far is bogus

> and Secularism (separation of religion and state) have to be inseparable for the West?

Again no. Secularism means (see Butler and Websters) the well being of mankind and womankind should take precedence over religious considerations in the following areas: civil matters and public education.

And do you know what this means? Let me help you:

1. One man/woman one vote

2. The equality of men and women

3. The equality of the religious kind like you and atheists

4, That no one will be subjected to religious laws that are anti-human

5. That we all can express our ideas without being subjected to an anti-reason religious police

Snip real drivel about St Paul and the origins of Chrstianity that have nothing to do with anything and it would not expalin the democracy in the land of your ancestors

Now how did democracy come about here in the West? I'm not really interested in having a debate with your likes about such topic and what is the rule if the Greek democracy or the Christian "Render unto Caesar what is Caesar's and Rebder unto God what is God's." in the evolution and present day democracy because and to be blunt your little drivel is no more than drivel

> So, Democracy and Secularism are inseparable for the West.

Yes they are, and they are also inseparable in the land of your own ancestors India and thay will be inseparable if one is to have a real democracy which you happen to enjoy in Canada

>But Islam does not have a figure like St. Paul.

Drivel

>So, Islam has a finite set of God's laws which is a refinement of true Judaism of Moses.

Oh let me see:

1. The in-equality of men and women

2. The in-equality of Muslims and non Muslims

3. The anti-human and barbaric shari3a

4. The anti-reason aspects of islam

Congratulations our dear Sayyid but there is no secularism or democracy in islam

> And Democracy and Secualrism are separate things.

They are separate things but you cannot have democracy without secularism and if you do not get this much then you are really beyond help

> Islam/Muslims don't not need Secularism

This means that there is no democracy in islam period and why do you live in Canada and do you think that Canada should get you to pay let us say a jizya tax?

>as they don't have confusion in finite set of God's laws. Islam's finite set of God's laws know the existence of people of other faiths.

I think that this "finite and not very finite" or yours is pathetic. get a life

And why do you live in Canada?
