Once again you surfaced with something one can laugh upon!!!

I can only say that cut paste of others' ideas and tagging it as yours is an old Hindu tactic

I was very surprised when you pretend talking sane....You are giving advice to put taxes on parents producing excess children....Wow...but what about the majority of fatherless births? I mean only mothers know who is the father? West has more population of illegitimates than the legitimate birth out of marriages. Can you answer about solving this problem?
