India is better than pakistan every day. They have always been a democracy unlike Pakistan which nas always been a dictatorship with intermittent bursts of democracy,; how else would you explain the likes of Ayub Khan, Zia ul Haq and recently Musharraf. The hindu population was decimated in pakistan while moslems in india outnumber those in Pakistan.

Algeria ? What about FIS? Why not discuss Turkey instead? You are being selectively blind.
