The ecological balance we live in is threatened as far as I know.

Guess Allah(PBUH), didn't calculate in it's perfection the possible waste and filth humanity produces.

Montréal Protocol and other world meetings are a nice example of the result of human polution regarding their beliefs.

All humans produce waste from eating, drinking, etc... This waste can become a problem once human numbers pass bejond the critical mass for planet Earth to digest (or work with), Causing added floodings, Hurikanes, droughts, etc...

Going on the environmental tour... the fragile balance thanks to which we can live on this planet seems to be shifting into a less benificiary one.

If you want i can give you website adresses where you can find info about those matters.

Your so called % ideal air is also a bit questionable. If a man from the middle ages and a cave man would be brought in our current climate. The cave man would instantly suffocate and the medieval men, might perhaps live a few hours... As humans live and polute, human bodies change and adapt.

A good example is with sports where sporters train in high altitudes so their body creates more red blood cells to transport air into our blood. When they then go back to lower areas this higher bloodcell% in their blood allows them temporarily to bring more oxygen to their muscles, etc...

Around the world there are differences in those percentages that influence those living there.

Even about the eco system of the earth generalisations are incorrect

though before I go further on this side stream of the main conversation, i have another question for you.

Are those % put into the Quran? Because doing so must point to knowledge most westerners would assume not present in those days. And itself must be rather impressive.
