Asking does not mean obligation.

I've asked you to show your hair and you declined it. There was no threatening, no punishment.

That's freedom in both ways with respect.

Me asking you to do so to proove your freedom did work. You proved your freedom of choice or at least the choice I gave you, not the choice that was put in by Muslim law.

But muslims demanding to cover your body, isn't asking and therefore a direct end to the freedom to refuse.

So what do you think that 10% that didn't choose for it out of free will are?

Free under their muslim belief?
