Now that's a scientific approach?

Well I'll let you in on a secret. I'm a man. My memory is worse than my girlfriends. Therefore she is better skilled than me in memorising things.

I've known girls who can physically best many men... though I wasn't one of them. She is a living proof that if a woman wants, some of them can be much stronger then most men.

It doesn't matter if there is a scientist who has proven some generalisations to be mostly true.

I the cases where he was able to find willing subjects. what is worriesome is that some where at some point there was an idiot who molded it into a law. A generalisation becoming a certainty.

Most wars where and are fought by men. So to bring world peace we sould kill all men. WE have the technologie to keep humanity alive afterwads anyways... The first idiot making this happen will eventually find what stupidity he did.

But it's the same logic applied, don't you agree, just in a more extreem manner.

The genders should be treated equally because each gender has it's benefits and each person is differend. Discriminating following the use of genders. Makes that culture or religion equally good as where the Nazis during Hitlers regime. They found proof that the ariƫn race was better, purer. Hey, they even had scientists proving such.

So, yes I think that who ever puts dicrimination into laws follows the same footsteps as the KKK, the Black Panthers, Nazis, etc... This discrimination goes even farther then the one by race. After all racial dicrimination is against only some small % of the world populace...

But discrimination by gender? You get near to the 50% of the world population...

And you proud and happy that it became a LAW, something to live by in your community???

Dear fatima,

If you did follow law school then here's your opportunity to fight for your gender. If you haven't been allready to much brainwashed or settled by the idea of your inferiority.

Because you are not.

No person by skin colour or gender(2 things you where given by GOD at birth and not by choice)

should be solely judged upon it.

though keep this in mind. If you later on want to join a certain group of people, you classify yourself under that certain group. This classification you give yourself can be through faith, work, social position, etc... Even being at this forum you have added yourself to a certain type of people.

But the good thing about this is. As people can change so can all those other choices they have made.

So yes. I think one can be judged upon what religion he or she believes in. As they can always leave it, stop defending it, etc... So it is by choice.(according to me, the only true gift besides life that GOD gave us)

Gender, skin colour is not. And therefore no proof about ones qualities or abilities.

No matter how much you pay a scientist or he's motivated by he's belief. He's one sided research on that subject can always be proven false.

Feel free to counter my logic on this fatima. I invite you to do this with me so we both might learn.

Salam.
