Definition of...

So to define a country as a muslim you agree on the following to define it as such?

1. The population must be in a majority muslim

2. The government must be majority if not all muslim

3. The laws used and followed there must be in accordance with Sharia and koran?

Because if so... Turkey isn't yet a moslim country... Of course to set a clear line to where the law of a country is in accordance, might be show in practical use towards other or also would it make it a nessecity to define what laws or kind of laws there should be present, no?

What kind of laws would there be and please try to be presice as the more precise a definition is, the more exactly people can discuss about it.
