sounds like you should do some in depth study of US history before reaching the asinine conclusions that Muslims are a new item here...lol

a large minority of slaves to the US were Muslim...for example Alex Haley, the author of Roots, descended from African Muslims, as documented in his book.

look into Hadji Ali of Arizona (died 1902)

ever wonder where Medina, Ohio got its name?

look into Alexander Russel Webb, (died 1916)

look into the invention of the ice cream cone...

remember Kareem Abdul Jabbar, or Hakeem Olajuwan?

remember what Quran Keith Ellison used in his congressional swearing-in ceremony?
