I do agree with you to the extent that all prevailing religious philosophies talk about life after death , and they talk less about life. Thus, the best philosophy would be lets live in the real world and lets talk about peacefull co-existence and acceptance of each others values to the extent they don't harm each others' way of living and the beliefs ( the communities in the East and the West ) and leave all those ideas/beliefs which lead us (the peacefull people ) towards extremism, fanaticism , and hatred! The world is beautiful , lets live in it with peace of mind !
