WHY JESUS HAD TO DIE

Reader comment on item: Destroying Sculptures of Muhammad
in response to reader comment: Why Jesus wasn't saved?

Another great question from mansoor who claims to know it all.

Adam and eve sinned against god, who is by all means infinite and all powerful.. that you can not dispute. For humans to be forgiven this infinite sin they have done against God, they need a infinite sacrifice or as some put it a sacrifice fit for a God. Cause God is infinte with infinite love and mercy he sent us a Godly sacrifice. Here is where Jesus Christ comes in(the Messiah meaning saviour is prophetised in the old testamont which again you can not dispute... but you non the less do..). Jesus being as us Christians believe to be Son Of God there fore is partly God.As you are partly from your father and your mother, Jesus is partly human from mary and partly God from God the Father. But since God IS infinite and all powerful, therefore a portion of God in Jesus, makes Jesus one with God.There fore God.

Now to answer your question.Jesus' sacrifice was important as it was a godly sacrifice, so therefore Jesus' only reson for being here was to die for us and save us from the sin of Adam and eve and reopened the gates of heaven. We Christians re-enact that sacrifice at Church on Sundays cause Jesus did it on the last supper. That is the reason why Jesus Christ did not run away when he knew they were coming, as mohammad ran away to medina fearing his assissination, and came back with a Army.. and you know the rest.... Death to the Infidels.

Now that you know the real reason for Christs death, hopefully you may do some research into the bible yourself with open eyes rather looking for anything to twist out of context. And another thing... the Roman Catholic Chuch still has a bible dating to AD 280 and it has not changed a word, and is used for all catholic reprints and several other Christian bibles. The Quran.. and you are well aware of this, has had over 230 chapters lost. Some showing up in Yemen under a old demolished building, and the rest were eatten by a goat(as i have been told by some Imams and you actually find this in U-tube.. a debate between two people there)

It actually was a good Question.

Thanks.
