"What freedom of expression are we talking about. ? Can you criticize the holocaust without getting into trouble ? These double standards are responsible for all the troubles"

Yes, I can criticize the holocaust as much as I want in the U.S., and not worry at all about someone trying to hurt or kill me. Conspiracy theorists have created all sorts of stories about the holocaust and even traveled to foreign countries to join U.S. enemies to promulgate them at conferences. But people mostly ignore it and don't call attention to it, and it finally just fades away.

If I post a cartoon of Muhammed, people may actually be hurt or killed or at least threatened of harm or death. That's not right. Muslims need to stop trying to force us to adopt shari'a practices that we don't believe in if they want everyone to accept them as non-threatening peace lovers.

We think satire is an appropriate venue for political expression. I think Muslim men need to learn to control their emotions and stop threatening and killing non-Muslims for not choosing to practice shari'a.
