Reader comment on item: Destroying Sculptures of Muhammad
in response to reader comment: omnipotence and indivisibility

Submitted by B. Williame (Belgium), Mar 28, 2008 at 04:43

Then you might reconsider your view of what god is.

God isn't a person, nor defined by location. If you see GOD as omnipotent, omnipresent and indivisable, Then to fit that all in 1 thing you get an other result. GOD is everything. Some where else i stated my vision about what GOD is. and it's not as you seem to think it is.

Notions like good or evil have no importance to GOD. Why should something this powerful care about good or bad? Or even care about life or death? If you live or die tomorrow? Because it isn't only the GOD of the living but also of the dead and the reïncarnated(according to some religions) God can manifest some of it's power truw a person like Jezus. Or if he felt like it Muhammed or Buddha. It's omnipotence makes us all work according to he's scheme. Why?

If GOD is all powerful, all knowing, all present. Then who are we to even consider knowing what he seeks with us, mere small creations amongst he's bigger ones... I mean If you could create planets, solar systems, universes at your own pleasing... What for importance holds then 1 human life or even 10 billion?

That at this date you think you can limit his abilities to any exctent does prove me but 1 thing... Please open your mind.

What ever reason GOD might have to create humanity, I do not know, neither do I know why he created Jezus or even allowed Muslims to be. But that something that doesn't lie within humans ability's UNLESS GOD wants it to be.

The creation of a son, never devided he's power or being. I hope you understand this a bit better now.
