How long have you two been dating? He sounds very nice. Does he practice his religion on a daily basis?

He already has his Visa, and seems to be a hard worker. Do you feel you have a future together? He is not asking you to move to the other side of the world, do you feel in your gut that this would be a good decision, if you think you want to go with him, and love him why not give it a try. If it doesn't work out, leave him and return to Canada.

Just make sure you have money aside in case you do want to return. Always keep regular contact with your family and friends, its like any relationship, it may work, or it may not, at least you can say you tried. let me know how you get on
