I'll take what I want from your culture and insult the rest

"Wanting to live in the West is for money, opportunity. We do not wish to adopt the culture, we keep our own."

The opportunity you seek in the West exists because of our culture. Just moving to the west to take advantage of its opportunities is adopting our culture, like it or not.

Why do members of your culture have to move to someone else's culture, which they don't wish to adopt, to find opportunity? I would have assumed your superior culture provides plenty of opportunity for everybody.

Notice you're free to keep your culture living in the United States. Am I free to keep my culture in the Islamic Republic of Iran? In the Islamic Republic of Pakistan? In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia?
