Don't forgetReader comment on item: Advice to Non-Muslim Women against Marrying Muslim Men Submitted by Lina (United Kingdom), Feb 8, 2021 at 14:38 The Bacha Bazi of Afghanistan and the Sigheh temporary wives of Iran. Yep, the victims of these appalling acts are Muslim. Where do the women stand in these scenarios? I genuinely dislike making sweeping statements as I have, but this is reality and I wish it weren't. These are all events that I've witnessed. I have nothing against Muslim women, I generally find them to be more dedicated to serving God than their male counterparts. But the ignorance is mind numbing. It's like the wife versus mistress argument: that the man always comes back home to his wife at the end of the day. So, in other words it's ok if a man cheats as long as he's playing the role of Prince Charming to the wife. This seems to be the sentiment amongst Fatou and co. and it honestly makes my head spin!
