in response to reader comment: to EuGene Turner: Mohammad (s.a.v.) never said that Abraham was a liar

Dear Nuray,

You are correct when you say that Muhammed never called Abraham a liar, forgive my poor choice of words please. He was much more subtle than that in that he took an already existing text and changed it to mean what he wanted it to mean. There is but one Holy Book and it doesn't need correcting. If it does then the Jehovah Witesses are right, the Mormons are right, The Christian Scientists are right, Sung Yung Moon is right and every other cult is right.

Are there those who twist the Scriptures to their own destruction? Oh Yes, and Muhammad fits that scenario to the letter of Scripture. The Old Testament is not the book of Jews, it is the Book of God dealing with man kind and remember that the Jews did not choose God, He chose them and you are right is saying that they do not accept Jesus as their Messiah, but trust Him whose word it is, they will in His good time. So in closing this segment of dialogue with you, I ask you: Who really is Jesus of Nazareth. I thank you for being willing to converse wth me on these matters as they are paramount to the Salvation of man. EuGene
